The deal

message.casa is a free email and instant messaging service. We provide it as-is, with no guarantees, we just do our best.

What you can do with your email account

• Use it for personal email
• Create one account
• Store up to 128 MB in your mailbox
• Send up to 64 emails per hour
• Send an email to 16 recipients max
• Send or receive emails with attachments up to 8 MB

What you can do with your XMPP account

• Use it for instant messaging with 256 different contacts
• Send up to 64 emails per hour
• Create chatrooms for 16 participants max
• One to one audio/video call with your contacts

What you cannot do

• Spam
• Harassment or illegal content
• Bulk commercial mailing
• Create multiple accounts
• Only instant messaging (without email connexion, you will loose both accounts)
• Circumvent rate limits

What we can do

• Suspend or delete your account if you break these rules
• Change features or limits
• Discontinue the service
• Not be liable for lost data or downtime

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details. TL;DR: We collect minimal data (username, hashed password, IP logs, your emails, your XMPP contacts and short history). We don’t track you or sell your data. Hosted in France.

Your rights

You can delete your account anytime by contacting us. Email account is also automatically deleted 90 days after last login.

Law

French law applies. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
