How to use my mailbox

There are several ways to connect to your mailbox.

Use a webmail.

With webmail, you don’t need to install anything on your devices. Just connect with a web browser.

message.casa provides two webmail applications:

SnappyMail:

SnappyMail is a user-friendly email application. It manages an address book, Sieve rules, TOTP and HTML edition in desktop and mobile environments. It requires JavaScript to work.

Log in with your full email address username@message.casa and your password. If you have enabled TOTP on a previous connection, enter your TOTP code; otherwise, leave the field Verification Code empty.

NOCC

NOCC is a basic webmail service. It does not require JavaScript!

Log in with your username (without @message.casa) and your password.

Use a mail user agent.

You can, of course, use any standard email application that supports the POP3 (or IMAP) and SMTP protocols.

Due to the limited storage, it is recommended to connect using the POP3 protocol. This protocol downloads your emails to your device and removes them from the server.

If you use IMAP, remember to delete emails once you have read them (and empty the trash) to avoid filling up your mailbox. Think about Sent folder, it also fills your storage space.

Here are the configuration to use:
